Wine & Charcuterie Workshop

Come enjoy this special wine pairing Grazing Fields Charcuterie workshop learning the art of building a cheese and charcuterie board at Eola Hills Wine Cellars, 501 S Pacific Hwy 99 Rickreall, Oregon, with the addition of reserve Eola wines and board pairings.
Workshop includes: 90 minutes of instruction and all the supplies needed to create your very own cheese board. We will discuss suggested pairings, different techniques of plating charcuteries and cheeses and the best tools to build your own amazing boards at home. Enjoy your crafted board in class, or take it home to enjoy with others.
This special class includes three 2oz pours of specially selected wine with purchased tickets (no monetary value, some conditions apply). Cancellations must be communicated 24 or more hours in advance for class credit.
