Join longtime winemaker Steve Anderson for an intimate 5-course meal expertly paired with the best of Eola Hills wines. This beautiful evening is sure to be memorable for all who attend. 

Located in the heart of Oregon wine country, Field + Stream offers an unforgettable dining experience featuring the freshest locally-sourced ingredients that the lush Willamette Valley has to offer. Courses & Pairings

Course 1

Oysters with diced sautéed pancetta. Paired with 2020 Chardonnay Bubbles.

Course 2

Salade de Chèvre Chaud; pan-fried goat cheese medallions on top of fresh greens with a bacon, dijon vinaigrette.  Paired with 2021 Sauvignon Blanc.

Course 3

Roasted mushroom soup with herb oil drizzle and pepitas garnish with a side of confit garlic crostini. Paired with 2019 Barrel Select Pinot Noir.

Course 4 

Herb-crusted lamb lollipops with a mint sauce reduction.  Paired with Cuvée (GSM Blend).

Course 5 

Paired with crème brûlée and wine-poached pears. Paired with 2015 Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc.
