Grazing Fields Charcuterie Workshop

Come enjoy a workshop learning the art of building a cheese and charcuterie board at Eola Hills Wine Cellars 501 S Pacific Hwy 99 Rickreall, Oregon.
Please note two ticket options are available. The two person ticket option includes: one charcuterie and cheese board, and two glasses of wine. The one person ticket includes a charcuterie and cheese board each, and a glass of wine.

Workshop includes: 90 minutes of instruction and hands-on guidance. Class provides all supplies needed to create your very own cheese board. We will discuss some of the history of cheese, pairings, plating techniques of charcuterie and cheeses and the best tools to build your own amazing boards at home. Enjoy your 9×9 crafted boards in class, or take it home to enjoy with others.
Cancellations must be communicated 24 hours or more in advance for class credit.
