Farm-to-Table Dinner with Patrick Lamb

Join us for an intimate family-style dinner in the Grove with Patrick Lamb! This 5-course meal will include wine pairings for each course. Patrick Lamb will personally serenade you while you enjoy the decadent food and wine pairings selected by Winemaker Steve Anderson. 

Upon arrival to Legacy, you will receive a glass of bubbly as you take a ride through the vines to the Grove where dinner will be served. See below for menu.

After dinner, you can take a stroll through the vines or a shuttle to the concert where you will enjoy VIP seating for Patrick Lamb’s concert at Legacy Lake.




Fresh ciabatta and beet gazpacho

Paired with Sparkling Müeller Thurgau


Compressed water melon, pickled rind, duck ham, shaved manchego, orange Vin, smoked pepitas

Paired with Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé


Greek salad, roasted cherry tomato, cucumber feta, farm fresh greens, pickled red onion, citrus marinated castelvetrano olives focaccia croutons, and a Pinot Gris reduction

Paired with Pinot Gris


Lamb kabobs, lemon marinated chicken or grilled Portobello, served with smoky Sangiovese eggplant caponata, herbed bulgur, tzatziki

Paired with Sangiovese


Candied almond and grand Marnier cake, lavender and honey whipped  panna Cotta, apricot coulis, late harvest Gewürtztraminer soaked black berries.

Paired with Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc
